如何预防铝铸件氧化膜染色后出现的白色斑点?

  铸铝件组织疏松、孔隙率高,含有多种金属和非金属杂质,阳极氧化膜质量较难保证。为了获得正常的氧化膜质量,避免阳极氧化膜染色后出现白色斑点,可采取以下措施:

重庆快乐十分   (1)高电压大电流密度冲击法。在阳极氧化初期采取高电压、大电流冲击,使原先被杂质分割的大小“岛屿”通过大电流冲击而连接成片。具体过程如下:阳极氧化初期电压调至30V左右,此时的电流密度约在2~2.5A/dm2,待3~5min之后调回正常的阳极氧化电压,阳极氧化50min,然后经充分清洗即可染出较为满意的氧化膜,白色斑点基本消失。上述方法稍有不足之处是铸件若有螺孔,则有可能稍有扩大,故要控制大电流密度,高电压的阳极氧化时间,并防止阳极氧化溶液的温度过快升高。持续生产时,阳极氧化溶液要采取冷却措施。

  (3)铸铝件表面喷丸法。在喷丸法试用之前笔者采用圆头锤子敲的方法,原意是想使阻隔“岛屿”的缝隙通过敲打闭合,达到连接成片的目的,结果。后考虑到采用喷丸效率会大大提高,经阳极氧化和染色后效果比以上两种方法都好。

  (3) shot peening of cast aluminium parts.
